Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty.
Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the “will of the people” our Constitutional Republic is lost. Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature’s approved controls using government IDs, verified signatures, etc. Today, many are calling such commonsense controls “racist” in an attempt to avoid having fair and honest elections. Using racial terms to suppress proof of eligibility is itself a tyrannical intimidation tactic. Additionally, the “Rule of Law” must be enforced in our election processes to ensure integrity. The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020. Finally, H.R.1 & S.1, (if passed), would destroy election fairness and allow Democrats to forever remain in power violating our Constitution and ending our Representative Republic.
Aside from the election, the Current Administration has launched a full-blown assault on our Constitutional rights in a dictatorial manner, bypassing the Congress, with more than 50 Executive Orders quickly signed, many reversing the previous Administration’s effective policies and regulations. Moreover, population control actions such as excessive lockdowns, school and business closures, and most alarming, censorship of written and verbal expression are all direct assaults on our fundamental Rights. We must support and hold accountable politicians who will act to counter Socialism, Marxism and Progressivism, support our Constitutional Republic, and insist on fiscally responsible governing while focusing on all Americans, especially the middle class, not special interest or extremist groups which are used to divide us into warring factions.

You are responsible for supervising all government-funded AIDS treatment research programs. In the name of right, you make decisions that cost the lives of others. I call that murder.
At hearings on April 29 before Representative Ted Weiss and his House Subcommittee on Human Resources, after almost eight years of the worst epidemic in modern history, perhaps to be the worst in all history, you were pummeled into admitting publicly what some of us have been claiming since you took over three years ago.
You admitted that you are an incompetent idiot.
Over the past four years, $374 million has been allocated for AIDS treatment research. You were in charge of spending much of that money.
It doesn’t take a genius to set up a nationwide network of testing sites, commence a small number of moderately sized treatment efficacy tests on a population desperate to participate in them, import any and all interesting drugs (now numbering approximately 110) from around the world for inclusion in these tests at these sites, and swiftly get into circulation anything that remotely passes muster.
Yet, after three years, you have established only a system of waste, chaos, and uselessness.
It doesn’t take a genius to announce that you have elected to personally supervise the study of a broad range of new drugs. Yet, two years later, you are forced to admit you’ve barely begun.
It doesn’t take a genius to request, as you did, 126 new staff persons, receive only 11, and then keep your mouth shut about it.

To quote Representative Henry Waxman at the above hearings: “Dr. Fauci, your own drug selection committee has named 24 drugs as high priority for development and trials. As best as I can tell, 11 of these 24 are not in trials yet. Six of these drugs have been waiting for six months to more than a year. Why the delays? I understand the need to do what you call setting priorities but it appears even with your own scientists’ choices the trials are not going on.”
Your defense? “There are just confounding delays that no one can help… we are responsible as investigators to make sure that in our zeal to go quickly, that we do the clinical study correctly, that it’s planned correctly and executed correctly, rather than just having the drug distributed.”
Now you come bawling to Congress that you don’t have enough staff, office space, lab space, secretaries, computer operators, lab technicians, file clerks, janitors, toilet paper; and that’s why the drugs aren’t being tested and the network of treatment centers isn’t working and the drug protocols aren’t in place. A veto-proof majority of Michigan representatives passed a bill Tuesday that would require the state to refund coronavirus-related fines after Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) was caught violating her own order.
By a 74-34 vote, the state House swiftly passed HB 4501, a bill brought up for consideration after Breitbart News busted Whitmer for violating her restaurant table capacity order last weekend.

US Senate passes amendment to ban gain-of-function research in China

The US Senate has passed an amendment by Republican Senator Rand Paul to permanently ban the National Institutes of Health and any other federal agency from funding gain-of-function research in China.
“We don’t know whether the pandemic started in a lab in Wuhan or evolved naturally,” Senator Paul said in a statement.
“While many still deny funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan … the passage of my amendment ensures that this never happens in the future.”
The amendment defined gain-of-function research as “any research project that may be reasonably anticipated to confer attributes to influenza, MERS, or SARS viruses such that the virus would have enhanced pathogenicity or transmissibility in mammals”.
The Senate chamber cheered after the amendment was passed.
The National Institutes of Health released a statement a week ago on gain-of-function research.
“Neither NIH nor NIAID have ever approved any grant that would have supported ‘gain-of-function’ research on coronaviruses that would have increased their transmissibility or lethality for humans,” it said.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson revealed on his show, “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” on Monday that a whistleblower within the federal government told him that the National Spying — excuse me — National Security Agency (NSA) has been looking into his and his staff’s internal communications in a plan “to leak them in an attempt to take this show off the air.”
Carlson said the whistleblower “reached out to warn” them that this activity was occurring.
“Yesterday, we heard from a whistleblower within the U.S. government who reached out to warn us that the NSA, the National Security Agency, is monitoring our electronic communications and is planning to leak them in an attempt to take this show off the air,” Carlson said.
The Fox News host noted that it’s a crime for the NSA to spy on Americans before claiming that the communications the whistleblower, “who is in a position to know,” told them about that the NSA has could only have been attained by going through Carlson and his staff’s private emails and texts.
“The whistleblower, who is in a position to know, repeated back to us information about a story that we are working on that could have only come directly from my texts and emails,” Carlson said. “There’s no other possible source for that information, period.”
Carlson then made a declarative statement that was sure to ruffle more than a few feathers within the Biden regime.
“The NSA captured that information without our knowledge and did it for political reasons,” continued Carlson. “The Biden administration is spying on us. We have confirmed that.”
In response, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki spoke to reporters on Tuesday to refute the allegations Carlson made on-air.

On Wednesday March 25, 2020, I was supposed to have dinner with First Lady Melania Trump and a number of fellow women fundraisers, at Mar-a-Lago, Palm Beach, Florida. On that morning I awoke in Washington, DC with flu symptoms. This is the story of that journey – and I promise you – a truthful report of what is really going on out there with this pandemic and how politics is responsible for the damage to the U.S. economy and for the unnecessary deaths of Americans.
Day 2: Woke up with a temperature of 102°, sore throat, unimaginable body aches, profound weakness and a blinding headache. As a licensed medical professional, I took steps to manage these symptoms: anti-pyretics, forced fluids, rest.
Day 3: Again I woke with a high fever and the same symptoms. Called my primary physician’s office and was initially told to “tough it out” and no test was needed. An hour later, for whatever reason (but no pre-existing medical conditions), I received a call back directing me to go to a drive through swab test in Arlington, Virginia, which I did. The experience was surreal – An outdoor parking lot with hundreds of road cones created a pathway and check points overseen by Arlington County Sheriff cars, police officers 2-3 of them standing outside each car, no protective gear, no masks, no gloves. I’m not sure what purpose they served except to prevent a “mad” patient from losing control and jumping out of their car? Large lighted signs directed us to “KEEP YOUR WINDOWS UP.” At the first checkpoint I had to hold up my ID and insurance card onto the inside of my driver’s side window for the hazmat suited nurse to snapshot them. The second check point was to get swabbed by another hazmat-suited person, who asked me to roll the window down “when told, and then roll it back up as fast as you can.” This was tricky since you had to turn your car off at each checkpoint, presumably to prevent any air kick up from the engine.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the federal health agency run for decades by celebrated White House coronavirus adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci, has spent over $400,000 funding a series of experiments that grafted the scalps of aborted fetuses onto living mice, studies that were meant to investigate the human skin’s propensity for developing infections.
Some of the grafted fetal skin, the study notes, matured into “adult-like human skin.” Some of the grafts even developed “human skin appendages,” including “human hair evident at 12 weeks post-transplantation.”
Graphic photographs from the study show patches of human skin grafted to rodent bodies and clearly sprouting human hair.
Federal records show that the NIAID supplied the project with about $430,000 in funding over 2018 and 2019.
The research was published quietly last year and received relatively little attention outside of pro-life circles, though this week it was referenced during a Pennsylvania state legislature hearing on fetal experimentation.
